I haven't to be disappointed with this place. The restaurant is small but it's nicely decorated and always clean. Service is good, people are friendly, and food is great at a reasonable price. My only suggestion is that they get better quality wings. I have to order at least 2 orders at a time for my husband because the pieces are very small.
I can't believe I live so close and never knew about Misimi until recently! This hidden gem is tucked in the back of a bigger plaza on a pretty main road. We will definitely be becoming regulars here! With so many Asian fusion options on the menu, there's always something different to try. The homemade crab Rangoon and Duck Bao bun specials were definitely stand outs. We have high expectations when it comes to bao buns, and they passed our test with being fresh and fluffy! Not only were we impressed by the food, but the ambiance was beautiful here too. It's one of the nicest spots to go for hibachi in the area I would say! We also had a fantastic server who went out of her way to recommend the garlic aioli for dipping with our bao bun, and it was a game changer. Great deals for lunch and happy hour as well. I can't say enough good things about this place!
My sister and I love Misimi. This is our spot for when we need a quick vent out session after a long week. The vibes are great and we always get a sense of peace and tranquility when we are there. Our go to is always their sushi. (But we've had their hibachi and it's also incredible). We probably tried all their sushi and love them all. My personal fav is the split rock volcano roll. Service is always consistent and everyone is super kind. We will continue to return and 100% recommend.
The hibachi here is really good as well as the sushi. It's very clean inside and the service is good.
My wife wanted sushi and wanted to go to Red Lotus but we didn't know when we wanted to go so couldn't make a reservation so decided to come here instead. We got there about 7:15 on a Saturday night and had to wait about 10-15 minutes for a table which was reasonable enough. Service was fair, not awful, not great. We got a mix of different sushi rolls. The eel avocado wasn't great. Couldn't taste the eel and the avocado was a little under ripe. Shrimp and sweet potato tempuras were decent but pretty standard. Sexy Jalapeño with crab wasn't really sushi, but was excellent. I was worried for my stomach when it came out, but wasn't nearly as spicy as I was expecting it might be. Would definitely order this again. My wife got the beef udon noodles which were very good as well. Would definitely come back here.
